Not sure where to start?

Which class is right for my athlete?

Tumbling runs as a ladder — each level has a skill you need before you move up. If you're not sure where your athlete lands, call us and we'll place them in a two-minute conversation.

  1. Recreational Tumbling

    8:1

    Brand new to tumbling.

Cartwheels, handstands, backbends, front and back walkovers, round-offs, and rebounding with control.

  2. Level 1 Tumbling

    6:1

    Has cartwheels, handstands and walkovers.

Round-off back walkover, standing back handspring with a spot, front walkovers, and round-off back handspring connections.

  3. Level 1/2 Tumbling

    Small group

Ages 8+, close to connecting a round-off back handspring.

Refining and connecting the round-off back handspring into a full pass.

  4. Level 2/3 Tumbling

    5:1 small · 6:1 large

Needs a standing back handspring OR a connected round-off back handspring.

Multiple back handsprings in a row, standing back tuck, and round-off back handspring back tuck.

  5. Level 3/4 Tumbling

    5:1 small · 6:1 large

Needs a running round-off back handspring back tuck.

Back layouts, connecting layouts into passes, and progressing toward full twisting skills.

Popular classes fill up

Class sizes are capped so every athlete gets real coaching, which means some classes will be full or have a waitlist. The openings above are live — and it's worth joining a waitlist, because spots do open up.

Not sure which class fits?

Call the gym and tell us what your athlete can already do. We'll put them in the right room — that's a two-minute conversation, not a form.
